  • We started as Pure Pizza — a locally owned pizzeria born in Charlotte's 7th Street Market in 2012. As our menu grew to include fresh pastas, salads, sandwiches, small plates, and more, we evolved into Pure on the Plaza. Same commitment to real, clean food. Just a lot more of it.

  • We're in the heart of Plaza Midwood at 2838 The Plaza, Charlotte, NC 28205. Plenty of parking on site.

  • We're open daily for dinner, and Wednesday through Sunday for lunch. Check our website or Google listing for the most current hours.

  • We don't sell slices — but we do offer personal-sized pizzas and made to order, so every pie is fresh and exactly the way you want it.

  • Quite a bit! Our expanded menu features fresh pastas, crisp salads, sandwiches, and small plates. Pure Pizza on the Plaza creates this dishes scratch daily. We also offer garlic knots, calzones, focaccia, and desserts.

  • Yes — most Pure Pizza on the Plaza menu items can be made gluten free, including our pizzas, sandwiches, and pastas. Just ask when ordering.

  • Absolutely. Many of our menu items can be made vegan. From pizza to salads to small plates, there's plenty to choose from whether you're fully plant-based or just plant-curious.

  • We take what goes into your food seriously. Our kitchen is free from seed oils, high-fructose corn syrup, refined sugar, GMOs, glyphosate, food dyes, and BPAs in our to-go packaging. We source local, sustainable, and organic ingredients whenever possible — because real food tastes better and feels better.
